It is my desire that the pipe you receive be all that you expect. In the event that you are not totally satisfied with any pipe, please feel free to return it unsmoked within ten days for a full refund or exchange.

A well made briar pipe that is properly cared for will last a lifetime. On a rare occasion the wall of a briar pipe may burnout due to a natural flaw in the wood that cannot be seen. A burnout will usually present itself during the early stages of use. Therefore any of my pipes that burnout within one year of purchase, providing that the pipe has been properly maintained, will be replaced at no charge.
